It has been said the only thing certain in life is change.  Change comes to us in many ways.  Some are unexpected, others are uninvited.  Some change is compulsory, others are voluntary.  There are few things in life that don’t change with time.  But one of those things is truth.  Truth is timeless.  The Bible says, “For I am the LORD, I change not;” (Malachi 3:6).  The truth never changes, but it can change us.  The Bible also says, "if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new." (2Cor 5:17)  Have you allowed the truth to change you?

The Bible tell us that we are all born sinners, separated from God, and in need of a changed heart. Romans 3:10, 23 says “There is none righteous, no, not one,” and, that “all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.”  The Bible also says, if we die in our sin, we will be eternally separated from God in a place called Hell. “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 6:23).

God doesn’t want us to be separated from Him and go to Hell.  That’s why He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to come and pay for our salvation. “God commendeth his love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8).  And John 3:16 says, “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”  Jesus Christ came to this earth, died and rose again, to pay for our sins so that you could be forgiven.

If you will receive His free gift of salvation, God promises to save you.  “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. . .For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:10, 13).  When you receive Christ as your Saviour, God promises to save you and change your life.  “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God,”  (John 1:12).  Ask Christ to save you today, and allow Him to change your life forever!
